i couldn't take it any more... my fellow GI members were quite helpful :)

According to me XBox 360 Warranty is waste. They don't even Respond.

 

They might not respond that early but Warranty is no waste!

Infact that is the only thing that "holds" the Xbox 360 together

believe me if they wudn't extend the RROD warranty to 3 yrs,the 360 would have gone down the drain and flushed multiple times.

i had a superb experience.my xbox RRODed on me.after reading the horror stories on the net i expected redington to respond in about a week or so.

NO THEY DID'NT.

it took them one day flat to exchange my box for a new one.four phone calls(one from my side, three from theirs) and i had myself a brand new console.

thats awful. cus supp did say that it ll take 5 working dys, but got it in 2 dys. But both times i didnt get any call that the person is coming to replace it, just by luck i was at home :surprise:

Xbox 360 support is the worst ever

i absolutely agree that its sucks...i rang their cs for registering my console and for few technical knowledge...and the guy's accent was like :O what da hell he was speaking it was so difficult to understand it :O ...and he made me repeat just the spelling of my name 5 times....

keeping chinese thai etc wont help us...their accent is really ridiculous...why dont they have the call routed to india...and if they want to keep those rascals..then why not make them get neutral accent :eyebrow2:

i somehow had a good experience, i called for a replacement on friday, it was done today morning, me in mumbai, and gues wot, these redington guys do it through a courirer company... and the guy who comes does not even check if the warranty seal is broken... one can easily exchnge a moded console as well ;p,..... though i have a original one... lets hope this new consle does not freeze as often
