ok so i got my console replaced bout 3weeks back.. i didnt have any probs with the support as i got my replacement within 3-4 days as promised.. they constantly kept me informed as and when the guy will cum with the replacement... and now,, even after the replacement,, they kinda keep calling me atleast twice a week to confirm whether my console is workin fine or not!! i believe they really do care for their customers :rofl2:

time to update-like i asked if i can get a replacement for NTSC US fro US..

last month i used towel trick to induce a RROD :) and got it..

i called MS , the console was already registered so there was no problem ..i had to send it back to US to my uncle and got a replacement..so now i have a FALCON ! :(
