VelivolusDas
PS3 Versions of GTA III and Vice City Rated by the ESRB The Grand Theft Auto series has been one of the most influential franchises in gaming, so it comes as no surprise that both GTA III and GTA: Vice City have been rated by the ESRB for the PlayStation 3. With Grand Theft Auto V on the not too distant horizon, it would be logical for Rockstar to re-release their PlayStation 2 hits in an HD collection. However, the third entry in the GTA III trilogy is noticeably absent. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas pushed open-world gameplay to new heights at the time, with an expansive world unmatched by any title prior. So why hasn't the ESRB rated San Andreas? Perhaps Rockstar isn't planning on selling a disc-based HD collection at all, and is instead dishing out the games digitally over the PlayStation Network with plans of releasing the final entry later. At this point, it looks like we'll just have to wait for confirmation from the studio before we know exactly what is planned for these landmark PS2 titles. I checked the ESRB website and both these games are listed under PS3 with Sony as the publisher....... :wOOtjumpy: :wOOtjumpy:

VelivolusDas
You never played any of these games on ps2/pc/xbox? Never played GTA III...... And yeah, I played about half of Vice City before I got stuck on a mission for a very very long time and when I cleared it, my disc stopped working..... Big Boss
San Andreas or GTFO. And I am 100% sure that these wont be HD collections. These are the PS2 Classics like God Hand, straight up PS2 ports without trophies etc also known as Sony's greed. Even Hitman Bloodmoney is getting a similar release. KickAssGamer
Already won both games on my PC more than once. So not much of a surprise to me that a re-release is coming. Expecting only a Sanandreas DLC for GTA IV. Nothing else.
Ne0
GTA V is set in same setting as SA, why would R* wanna do a HD remake SA ? But a HD remake of vice city would be sweet....the city in HD would look awesome with those beaches, boats, hotels with neon lights on the shores, palm trees....riding on the bike would be awesome in the HD remake !
