Just because I dont own a particular console doesn't mean I dont actively follow developments and games pertaining to that console. Secondly the PS3 is not a "bolt from the blue" console. Many of the top anticipated games on the PS3 are sequels to top PS2 games. And I just happen to own a PS2. So its pretty understandable that I will actively follow their sequels and by default the console on which they are gonna be released. If you follow games and consoles its not difficult to be drawn towards the hyped titles for each platform. (even if they are original IP.) And dont forget, Haze was originally supposed to be a multiplatform release - PC, X360 and PS3. Only God, Ubisoft and Hirai know how much Sony forked over to gain exclusivity. It seems to be happening left, right and centre nowadays. And when a game is released on time, it has numerous bugs. Unreal Engine 3 FTL EDIT: Ayush, provide a link to the page announcing the delay.
