NitroNeo
but will that benefit us? i mean if they are supposed to import the games then we will be having the same prices as of currently.... They should set up a factory and a samll office sticking it. Only then we Indians can get atleast SQUARE ENIX games for cheap price.... SE is a well known developer too right , so i hope some talented people in india show up with their work , like the awesome folks at Version2Games Limited , maybe they will allow indian animators to work on their project , don't worry about the current state , things will look up if we start to perform in the animation industry , Right now i feel , Smash N Survive has alot riding on it shoulders for the indian animation industry

HundredProofSam
They're quite serious about this. A bunch of the top management came down to Mumbai from Japan last year, including the Chairman, to scope out the feasibility of an India office. I had met with them and they had done some serious research on the Indian market, from the various publishers present here, who distributes for them, the various game retailers, plus a massive list of game developers all over India including the number of employees in each of them. I think where India is concerned they're mostly interested in mobile/casual and MMO games.

This field sounds tempting , will there be future opportunities for us Indians in this line of work , and if you have a general idea what would be the minimum qualifications ?
