As for the subject - imo,Aman shouldn't have just did that without noticing him but cant really stand fully on Jiggys side because the language used to bash someone was just way too irritating. And yea as someone said,others would have bashed other players too but i dont think it went in the lines of "Sucking his crotch" etc. PS - Bashing a player you dont like is fine but have some standard while doing it. But But But Yummy Rebecca Black's Butt, I never referred to A particular member as "lunging-at-sachin's-crotch". IIRC I used the word nation. Now that includes my parents, my would-be in-laws, the gf....her cute 7-yr old neighbour's girl as well. Everyone. Even Ponting. No. If they wanted to know it was them, they'd complain about you openly rather than reporting your posts. You can either take my word for it or think of it as another misuse of power by the... errr...."powers". The way he lets the nation down, he is no better than Kasab. And guys, your friends must be calling you "saala" or "idiot" or "jhaatu" or "a**hole" or stuff like that, and you dont mind. And if someone calls sachin a disgrace, there is such a huge hue and cry and a disciplinary committee is formed, and it decides to withdraw someone's rights. I am disappoint. I dont take your word simply because you can't be judge-jury-executioner without even presenting proofs. And lolcakes for that second statement. If those reports were NOT valid and serious, why was my profile vandalised? That simply means AtheK's intentions were clearly not in the interest of the intergalactic future. I'm not surprised sameer. I really am not. I got a whiff of it seeing the way AtheK jumped in on the thread the moment I was gone in the afternoon... And then the few good-cop-bad-cop retorts put up by mods. No beef ( no religious offence... Jesus I'm gonna go insane now ) with you. If I write F**K (censored f**k, not even the real spealling), I can get banned/suspended on many other forums. And drop the bolded part, mods have said that it was not the Sachin issue. We have no choice but to take their word for it. Talk about not knowing when to quit THIS. Trust me when I say that you wouldn't last a week on other forums. Things are usually chilled here. IVG isn't the first forum I've moderated. Other places have rules in place that would have nasty talk as grounds for banning. So yeah, where free speech is concerned, we're pretty okay IMHO. The reports I was referring to were much older than this incident. I simply mentioned it because you're quite clearly under the illusion that no one is ever offended by your posts. I simply wanted to clear that misconception. I'm not defending Athek and I'm not saying you were wrong to feel targeted. Changing the custom title was probably the wrong way to tackle the situation. Athek seems to be going all "high and mighty" types too (No offence just my impression). Mods have more responsibility than normal members (duh) and it is only fair that they give explanation for their actions or the forum and they ofcourse lose respect.
