Usually only the reaper-occupied systems have resources, though I remember scanning and finding something once that wasn't in a reaper-occupied system. You meet every one from the ME2, save their butts, and all they are good for is small number jump on your desktop. And the only new character is the Billy Paxton from Aliens. WTF! Knowing the ending is going to be sh*t is actually liberating. It means i dont have to be a paragon, and make decisions that increase my EMS scores.
