You'll lose the changes in the way the game plays out based on your ME1&ME2 character's decisions since ME3 reads the save files from your ME1 & ME2 playthroughs and asks if you would like to continue with an imported character.

Otherwise, nothing much.

I'm now at the point of no return I in this game guess - cerebrus hq. Plan to finish the game today and check what the big fuss about the lousy ending is all about !

But so far, from what I've played, its the best game in the ME series .... amazing story telling with some very good set pieces to match :good:

ok completed the game, ending is not as bad as everyone made it out to be....although it was a bit confusing. I choose the synthesis option....which is the best ending ?

if you believe the indoc theory, then only the destroy option is considered the "right one"

destroy with 4k ems or more.

you need 5k for it

There is no best ending, it's your Shepard, your story.

Was it the best idea choosing to send Thane through the air vents in ME2? Maybe not if you look at it from a technical point of view (survival-wise) but I'm happy that I chose to, that he died, and that I fight on in his memory.

Because he was an assassin, sneaky and silent. The first time you meet him he comes out of an air vent. I didn't realize that on the collector base they would be big transparent tubes which would require tech skills (and even then, I'm sure Thane would have some basic tech knowledge). Either way, I still think it was a good call. To me, he died while helping close that door, not because he was the wrong pick as per Bioware's coding.

Dude it was like the most easiest decision there, even by the description and the dialogue it was apparent that a tech expert was needed... You don't need sneakiness to open an encrypted door, especially when the entire station knows you are there..

I had EMS of 6k or something, I chose the synthesis option as I thought it was the most logical thing to do....ab lagta hai repaer logo ne ullu banaya mujhe :banned:

ya seems that way still believe in the theory they have to offer.

The dlc will decide which ending is the best.

Started ME2 again, changed some choices so it shld play out different in ME3.
