You can't increase the graphics when there are hardware restrictions like in PCs. actually bioware licenses out UE3 for mass effect and if they want they can easily improve a lot for ME3..case in point gears 3. although i doubt that would happen..might just be a slight graphical update.. Its a bishoujo (pretty girl in Japanese) figurine. Bishoujo animes focuses on ecchi/fan service.
