mango_man
Online pass is related to your "PSN account region" and the region of the disc you bought. Not the console. If your FIFA 12 disc is region 2 then redeem the online pass on a region 2 PSN id(IND & EU). Region 1 is US.
Nikushimi
Console region doesn't matter. Games bought from India (PAL) will work on PAL accounts (India, UK etc) For an NTSC game you may have to redeem the codes on an NTSC account (US, Japan). Once you redeem the codes, you can play the game on any account.

mango_man
The FBI might investigate your case if you are not a US citizen but use a US PSN id. You have been warned. Although if you a clean police record then the UN might support you in the proceedings. If everything else fails, contact Inspector Daya who is officially affiliated with IVG on these matters. Godspeed and DevilLAG to you. Online pass is the future. Unrelated. Rep me.
