HIM Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 hey i recently boy xbox 360 pro with 20 gb hard disk ......... the modded one ........ for 17,000 with the indian power adapter ! Things have been gr8 !!! i have been playing on my console for 4 hrs also no problem as such !!! My console was made in JAN 2006. Am just curiours can i get rrod... HOW often do xbox 360 face this problem .. !!! is it like every console wld get this problem for sure ............................ !!! are there any mods that can help me to avoid it !!! THNX !! and also i have been playing saints row ........... and other games also like assasins creed !!! i can notice that the game freezes for 2-3 secs !! especially in saints row ...... !!! its like u playing doom 3 on a pentium 3 processor !!! poor frames that are noticabel !!! is it only me facing this problem !!!!????????????????????????????? HIM Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 can u elborate the indian power adapter..... so u dont use the one provided by MS for india... hey i meant !!! the onw i got with my console was the us one with 110 v !!! it got screwed when i used it with a 300v step down transformer . so bought a new adapter that they provide in india with 220v !! the genuine one !!! HIM Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 and also i have been playing saints row ........... and other games also like assasins creed !!! i can notice that the game freezes for 2-3 secs !! especially in saints row ...... !!! its like u playing doom 3 on a pentium 3 processor !!! poor frames that are noticabel !!! is it only me facing this problem !!!!????????????????????????????? the framerate issues are with the games and not with the console...saints row is known to have a dodgy framerate about the RROD....since your console was manufactured in Jan 2006, there is a high likelihood of it RRODing....MS themselves have said that all Xbox 360s that were produced early on are prone to the RROD....and since yours is modded u dont get the 3 years warranty either.....so if it does RROD, you're pretty much screwed Moral of the story: Modded Xbox 360 = Bad idea peace hey if i get dat stupid RROD........ are there any chances if i ship it to australia they might repair it !!!??? any possiblity !! even for a charge !!!! and also i also have a friend !! he also bought a modded console from gaffar new delhi !! he is the realy edition just when they were launched in india .......... hasnt faced dat problem yet !!!
