Namco Bandai tease points to Sony exclusive

Namco Bandai has updated the teaser site it launched this week with some slim platform and genre hints.

Text on the site now reads “action adventure”, and the PlayStation face button logos are shown.

Sony has three current platforms which use the face buttons – the PlayStation 3, the PSP and the Vita, but as practically everything in Japan comes out on either of the first two, making a tease kind of wasteful, I’m going to put $5 on the Vita.

Still no idea what it could be; Bandai’s Gundam license hasn’t made an appearance on Sony’s new portable yet, so that’s a possibility.

Namco Bandai’s teaser site is Hunter x Hunter Wonder Adventure

Namco Bandai began teasing a new project earlier this week. After a couple of clues, we found out it would be for a PlayStation platform.

The new issue of Jump has at last announced Namco Bandai’s “Hunter x Hunter Wonder Adventure”. The game is in development for the PSP and is set for a Winter 2012 launch in Japan.

One detail has leaked out from the magazine thus far: it’s a fighting title.
