It is better to keep a player as my substitute. As a last resort, Aman please do give me a call/SMS in advance in case matches are being scheduled. In that case I will be able to confirm my availability status. Going forward, I think it is a good idea to have reserve players so that quick substitution can be done. Already got Team A in on it, got their numbers. We need to finish just two 15 min matches- Team D vs A and D vs B. That's it. I'm co-ordinating on a personal basis with EACH player of thd teams now.
