AnK
It also depends how much morals you are willing to sacrifice to gain that power. Amitabh Bachchan was indeed the epitome of fan popularity in India at one point. But he doesn’t have that heart or will to bully around ppl like Salman has…. Just look at the South Stars of the same era as Dilip Kumar & Amitabh Bachchan…..all their generations are knee deep into politics & power. I was trying to explain how fan following can only take you to a certain point in this industry, after that those who have connections can rule the industry like srk and salman. I have no doubt the proportion of underworld money in the bollywood has only increased than in the 80s, activities like killings and extortion is not at that level like it was in the 80s but thats only bcs the underworld becomes smart. Their money stream is completely different than what was in the 90s. They earns from drugs, betting, investing in movies and god knows where. Up until 2014 and 15, there was this trend of bringing pakistanis artists in the bollywood, why it was needed? It wasn't producers like karan johar who did that, it was those underworld ppl who are investing their blood money in the movies, so it was their call. Well SRK told this himself that before release of kuch kuch hota hai, underworld called Karan Johar to not release the film or he will be killed. SRK said dont worry i am here, kisi ke baap mein dum ho toh kuch karke dikha de. Film released and became a cult blockbuster. Underworld money is gone from Bolly i think though akshay kumar films raises a question on that.

It would make passing judgement a lot easier if they are identifying themselves as animals. There is only one punishment in such case. Seedha . Once accident(in animal cases it’s deemed) has already happened….the animals are put back in place instead of any mortal punishment.

Underworld is still there man, its just that they are not silly anymore. Do you know about arijit singh. He admited that he got a call from an OG gangster, but he was so afraid he never officially registered any report of that incident to the police, who knows he might have paid them. Yeah you can argue about that gangster being arrested in 2019 from some sh*t african country, but gangster is not a rare commodity, he's not the only one out there.
