WTF :rant:/>

Y was that aap idiot hai joke removed :blink:/>

What was offensive in it ??

The C word :|

I grew up in a small town in UP (Khurja to be precise), and there, this C word is still not considered offensive.

People use it like everyday.. everywhere.. all the time.

We grew up calling each other 'Ch*tiya' in front of our elders, and got called 'Ch*tiya' for doing something moronic.

So when I first came to Delhi and used this word in front of my colleagues, I was instantly shunned down.

At first I was really confused about what did I do wrong. But then I realized what was the problem.

Though I dont use it publicly anymore... but honestly.. this C word still doesnt sound offensive to me and we still throw it around when we are all with family :D

Maulvi saahab note ko dekh kar hairat main hi tthe ki tabhi tez hawa chali aur dulhan ka ghoonghat uth gaya.

Maulvi saahab ne dulhan ka chehra dekhne ke baad Akram miyaan ko awaaz lagayi, "Amaa miyaan baaki ke paise toh lete jaao !"

Since we are in community with diff set of people, i guess if some one feels offended with it no har m removing it, it's just a joke that is removed, not a matter of life and death, so big deal :D

Same here. I grew up in Nagpur. The C word is extremely common like bey, sala etc. Parents call their children that. But in Pune, whoa that is like MC BC level stuff.
