Pity really. A common man who is unaware of all this, and suddenly gets call like this, can't imagine what kind of mental situation it would create for him/her.

 

I am going to disconnect airtel soon. Well not due to this. I am always a happy customer. Been using airtel for 3 years. No single complaint. Got a better connection and VFM. So changed it.

And I have always payed my bill on time. Means very next day the bill generates.

 

But really, above is sad state.

paying a bill on time does not help either, in my case i had terminated the connection a long time back and even received some cheque for returning the deposit, but still TATA guys think i owe them monies
