I am cancelling / discontinuing this campaign. A request to that effect has already been sent to Indiegogo and they should take it down shortly. Since there were only 2 funders till now, it’s very easy to return the amount they have donated. The Max Payne 3 campaign was going to be a series of videos which would highlight, analyse and review each individual aspect of the game. It was not just going to be one video. I regret to admit that I could not create a convincing pitch for the same. There was definitely going to be a certain cost involved with this campaign to create the videos- Equipment hire, lights, studio locations (It was not going to be shot at Intencity), and Anchor (which was not going to me in this series). I realised after the Batman Arkham City that I’m not a presenter. The videos in my gallery were only references. The current campaign videos was going to be far better than. The idea was to create a kind of “studio” series of videos with very good production quality, like a TV show. I never have, and never will intend to cheat or give any disservice to games or gaming community. In fact the intention was always to be of some use instead. I love this medium too much to do that. It’s the most independent, dynamic, interactive medium ever created. I’m pulling this campaign down for the sake of all of us, including me. It doesn’t make sense to me to continue without the support of people who are actually like me who are passionate about games and want to do something more than just playing them. I apologise for the misunderstanding/inconvenience created. I hope you’re all looking forward to playing and enjoying Max Payne 3! warm regards Mihir From the comments sectionof his indegogo page. Going by the perfect GTA scores they are well open to paying people to review their games. Chindi sala all this for only 25k. Thats like a poor people's scam. I'm crestfallen.
