Yes,in third person I can see my character animation which is very sweet and fun.other than while shooting, first person is too personal for me

I think third person is a safe bet.

I hope the cover (if there's a cover mechanic) and shooting mechanics are tight and responsive. Combat is an area where CDPR has struggled.
