That shite don't run well on 2080.  

 

Still this is surprising. I was expecting higher specs on recommended side. Majority will be able to play above min is very good. More hope for good optimization and RT/4K setup.

Decided. Will buy the ps5 when they announce the release date for patch containing the next gen upgrades.

Minimum is created with Low settings and 1080p gaming in mind

Recommended with High and 1080p.

Alright, my processor meets the minimum very easily but I’m worried about my graphics card. I have an R9 380x 

 

will it work!? Both the cards mentioned are very slightly better from what I can see...

It will work. But at what fps we don't know yet. They said recommend is high preset at 1080p.

Those requirements are probably for "High preset" or something. They should make it clear exactly what preset and fps they're targetting with those requirements.

 

Otherwise people will turn everything up to Ultra and be disappointed and angry that it doesn't run smoothly. In my experience, only id Software super-optimizes their games to look amazing and run well on low specs. I've also heard Coalition (Gears) and Playground Games (Horza) are really good at optimization. 

 

I think Death Stranding also ran very well, but the nature of the extremely open terrain may have made things easier for them (unsure).

They are and they have confirmed it.

 

Minimum requirement is for LOW settings

Recommended requirement is for HIGH settings

Resolution is 1080p

 

FPS is not confirmed but I guess 30fps. 60fps will be amazing but let's see. 

 

Lots of games don't offer drastic visual difference between low-medium medium-high while taking away a lot of fps.
