Man, this game looks f**king bonkers!

Playing as a nomad and the moment I stepped out of the garage, I got my mind blown!

At 1440p with quality DLSS, I'm getting 60fps with some minor stuttering here and there with everything maxed out except for RT, which is set at Ultra. Yeah, there's a setting above Ultra called Psycho

Haven't yet gotten to the free-roam part in the city yet. Not sure how that will affect performance.

Sony & M$ should have just excused CD PR & let them make for Pro/OneX only

this here ladies & gentlemen is the classic example of how things can go bad if the lowest common denominator is soo hugely gapped with the highest

Most developers would have just gimped the Highest to make sure lowest passes tests
it was just CD Red so they could afford to do this

Next time you defend Crossgen games beyond a certain point or an inferior console latched onto an otherwise powerhouse next generation

please think twice!!!

Edit:- WhiteWolf

No point comparing two very separate games with a very different art & progression styles
I don’t think any!!! developer could have done justice to a game as ambitious, dense & deep as this on 7 year old consoles

But I know Rockstar wouldn’t have lied
they would have delivered only polished content on their real bread & butter customers
The console owners

that’s why never advocate vastly cross generational content

Cyberpunk was never a last gen (PS4/xbone) era game anyways. It's impossible to artistically achieve, what they wanted to/have, on the base PS4/xbone era hardware.

Cyberpunk , like crysis1/farcry1, was conceived keeping the pc in mind. Rtx is the gamechanger.

Why ??? The game was announced when Xbox One and PS4 were not even released... they should have scrapped the base versions if this was the performance they wanted to deliver..

Gave in and bought it on Series S. Looks fine so far, yet to enter city. Game started instantly without any loading. Driving was smooth. Definitely 30 FPS locked. Also, game isn't blurry at all. Though not sure if its 900p locked or 1080p locked. Still working so will play it later tonight and check how city looks. So far it seemed like playing Far Cry 5 lol as I started as Nomad.

Well they should have ditched current gen consoles and focused on PC and SX/S and PS5 only.

Cyberpunk wont be winning game of the year coz of this coz millions of console gamers (base console owners)who paid 60$ for this game are having awful experience right now.

Just look at Spiderman miles Morales, Insomniac made sure that base PS4 version of the game also runs and looks good.  If you charging money then as devs its responsibility of dev to make sure game is playable.

Cyberpunk experience on Xbox  one vcr and One S and PS4  is equivalent to Skyrim on PS3 right now according to players.

I think Series S using dynamic resolution coz One S using same dynamic resolution. So chances are it will goto highest resolution system can achieve in less intense scenes but fps is sadly locked.

Wish they unlock fps coz S can easily run this at 60 with One S resolution.

Maybe they'll iron out the performance, eventually, but still the base hardware is just too archaic. Such awe inspiring GFX are just not possible on that hardware. The game screams RTX at 140 decibels..

Yes. I will be happy with 900p 60 fps option on Series S, though 1440p 30 fps is also welcome. Console can easily pull off both options.

I hope more games in future make use and expand braindance. ?

Crafting is very nice and detailed. Mods/attachments/upgrades.

Skill trees are meaningful and there are so many skills to choose from.

Hacking and stuff is way better than all the Watch_Dogs games combined.

Literally nobody here bothered here with the fact that you can't change certain keys and remap them to another? F key for example is hard bound and the game won't allow me to set it to something else at all.

WTF!

Didn't bother me as this is pretty standard key binding set. Either E or F is usually action button.
