In terms of gunplay, which game it is closest to?

Naah, I would say a bit of Outer Worlds/Wilds, whatever fallout in space that game was. Wait till you get your first smart gun in the game :wOOtjumpy:

This too! Rage 3 was similar to Doom gunplay because of id soft. Less recoil, gunplay feels lighter and way faster. Here you feel the weigh, even with M/KB.

Id Tech 5 was amazing (megatexturing), but they compressed everything in the final build for optimized performance on ps3/x360. (The PC version achieved 60 fps on Ultra with 8xAA enabled (patch update) in 2010).

CD Project Red has taken a bold decision (wrt Cyberpunk), and I like it. Cross gen philosophies/ (gimmicks :fear1: ?) should not constrain you from achieving your artistic vision. They should fully optimize it for the current gen (first) and then the last gen. I like how Bethesda (id) develops Doom. First, they optimize the crap out of the base game for the best performance on the present gen (pc/ps/xbox) and then later, they ask someone else (panic button) to port it to other systems (switch).

Going to skip this for now as I don't have the appropriate PC hardware, nor the next generation console(s) to experience this game properly. Hopefully by that time, they would have ironed out the bugs too.
