They're specific patches. Basically devs just unlock frames in the resolution modes.

Ah makes sense. No wonder the flurry of patches those games got in the last few days on my Pro. Thanks bro.

TLOU2 & GoW aren’t (yet)

Days Gone,GoT have been patched at software level to pull it off

Thanks bud. I think just in the last few hours some one on the forums mentioned GOW at 60fps. But yes now that I’ve read it, the game boost feature requires devs to roll out a patch.

GOW disc version works at 60 FPS if you dont update it. Sony for some weird reason capped it to 30 fps with updates. So digital version owners are f**ked.

Yeah that’s actually weird. And honestly who goes without a patch? I mean how many people realistically would know this trick and hold off on a patch

QQ, what about the GOW on the ps collection? Is that also shafted?

PSN refunds are handled by the global team, even if you go through the PSN India page, notice the URL, it redirects to the global page where you need to enter your details. So as long as your refund meets all the requirements, they will refund it within few days. I've got refund of one accidental purchase by blaming it on my nephew who was 1 year old then.

I think you are done with your "quota". They do a one time refund for everyone and then out of luck after that. It is a really poor policy since how easy it is for anyone to purchase on a console by mistake. I think it is quite intentional.

But, I was more referring to refund for physical copies in my original comment.

Obtained the :zodka: version just to check if it runs well on my dabba.

It performs "expectedly" in the sense that full 60 indoors, 35-45 in the city with all NPCs, 35-45 in combat with high frametime latency

I felt CDPR was in way above their head. They bit too much and couldnt chew. Only thing Cyberpunk has going for it is story and Keanu Reeves. RPG element is lackluster compared to Witcher and choices do not really matter. I'm not really that engrossed in the world and it doesnt feel like a polished AAA game. Legion and Valhalla were more polished and stable at launch. They are Ubisoft games so that should tell you something about the state of a game when they are being compared to buggy Ubisoft launches and loosing their too.

Yes i'll check some YT videos now on optimum settings.

btw game has a horrible blurring "vaseline" effect issue thanks to TAA, which can't be disabled through settings.

You have to change a specific value in the .exe itself using a Hex editor in order to remove TAA

Game looks a bomb but this shitty vaseline effect is putting a spanner in the works.

Ok a tempt fix for the vaseline effect issue is to do Alt + Z if you have nvidia overlay enabled, from there you add a sharpening filter, set the "sharpening filter" and "ignore film grain" on the high side.

Fixes vaseline bullshit, everything is sharp now.

Idk what do to if you have AMD card, sorry.
