Yea, that corrupted save file bug is interesting. Apparently only affects hardcore players, but it's crazy that QA didn't catch it. QA's day job is to identify corner cases.

 

Still, probably a minor issue compared to some of the bigger ones on the list :/

It doesn't affect hardcore players. It is affecting only those who used item duplicating exploit. Read Joe's post above.

Yep, even in my 40hrs playtime I've come only few little bugs like NPCs passing through me, cars are misplaced, glass and other things hovering in air. Nothing gamebreaking.

Well, I don't think this is going to happen. Game is too big and with all this bugs vids it gained even more publicity. 

 

Even if it happens for a short period of time it'll be after 3 to 4 years from now. Don't know what will be the situation of GP or other services alike by then. Better to enjoy the game right now when it's fresh.

Yeah maybe I will buy next gen version when it's released and on sale. Not worth playing full price for a game that is not even fully utilising next gen hardware.

There are many exploits like money, skill, street cred and item dupe. Save files don't usually go over 5mb nowadays unless you do something fishy.

See all this doesn’t really have to do with how Sony took a strong decision & M$ didn’t 

 

It’s about how different their refund policy is 

M$’s refund policy is a bit lenient & they usually keep offering refunds on the fly to make ppl happy 

Sony don’t really do that unless you cancel it within 2 hours of Purchase/Launch 

 

So in this case CD PR insisted Sony to refund all the angry customers even if they have surpassed those 2 hours (which is when the open world opens up & performance drops).To which Sony said we can’t unless we put it in a “Faulty” category & remove it altogether from the store. 
And that’s what happened end of the day 

 

M$ don’t really have to remove the game from store front coz their policies are just different.

Cyberpunk is a big lesson for devs. Please delay as much as you want. Don't rush it coz your investors forcing it.

The turret gun is seriously OP.

I am playing the mission where Placide has you go to this mall to steal a van i guess, there you get this other objective to kill some female Senator Armstrong called “Sasquatch”.

This is the same one from from gameplay trailer i saw, she has a hammer and all.

Anyway first i tried using my normal guns, did garbage damage, got ground to paste by Ms Armstrong.

Then i just saw this turret in one of the rooms, took the gun off it, and destroyed Mrs Armstrong.

crazy amount of damage the turret gun does, and also make you feel good.

You can also sneak behind her and short circuit that crystal in her back early on for damage. But after that it's a massive fight. She is one strong tank of a woman!

All members of that gang seem like this, but the HP on that woman is too damn high bc.

Yea, I was referring to those exploiting glitches as hardcore. I don't think a regular player would bother with things like that

Driveclub is one of the best racing games of all times but it had a troubled launch. Got berrated by everyone for the buggy launch and the studio got sold off i think. CDPR shouldnt be spared either but once the bugs are fixed in 6 months time, people will realise that its a good game.

We can say that with certainty. The game launched with incredible scores, 97% recommended on Open critic. If they fix stuff like they did with Witcher 3, no doubt it'll be accepted widely.

I'm gonna give it some time before buying, until next Jan/Feb.  Maybe the price would come down too.
