I don't see anything wrong Rosen is doing.

Investors have lost money that they invested in a public company,

Gamers get refunds, what about investors who made decisions based on the statements from CEO that "it runs surprisingly well"?

That's not how it class action lawsuits work... Lawyers make money from it. Investors get pennies on dollars if at all. Rosen among others is known firm who issues dozens every week and see what sticks enough to make them money. They aren't helping anyone.

Second, they didn't take the case. They made a case and now looking for enough investors of CDR to claim harm in order to certify a class and proceed with the lawsuit. If this moves forward at all, it will be settled outside court.

Law firms just trying to make a quick buck out of this situation. Game journalism making it too big while in reality it won't make any dent nor goes anywhere most of the time.

This is so damn accurate and well put. His example of showing how this game plays like 4 different games was also on point. It is not the best version of those 4 games but it is giving you the freedom to play like that and I consider that a huge accomplishment.

Resumed the story and wow. Every mission so far has been amazing. Every character is so interesting you could listen them talking for hours and not get bored. The meet, setup, planning, execution, just too good. Gives some hope that open world games can still have good characters, missions with a well written story.

Also, anyone who says combat sucks definitely not gotten past the intro. Every weapon feels unique and comes with their own style. The heavy sniper weight and feel is SO GOOD. Like hitting a truck from far. The smart weapons are super fun. Machine guns where it doesn't feel like auto rifle. Precision rifle/Shotguns/SMGs/Autos/Pistol all have their own variety too. All the weapon reload are perfect as well.

I'm constantly swapping out weapons on how I want to play. If stealth, go with silencer. If I need some mayhem, go with smart and not worry about aiming. If range/height, go with sniper. Pure annihilation, shotguns and machine all the way.

It is massive accomplishment. The amount of freedom and variety without disrupting FUN is major. Characters and story is bonus when you look at other open world games we get these days.

The verticality present in the game is overwhelming for sure. You need to experience it.

I am not convinced. People expected next gen gaming experience. Even after ignoring bugs and perf issues, the core game overall is not a step above RDR2 or Witcher 3 in terms of immersion and depth.

Its an ocean that's about knee deep everywhere. It does look pretty on the surface though when RT is reflecting all the light. The core gameplay is alright at best. Maybe it plays differently on PC (like Destiny 2) but on console it fails even at basic things like stick acceleration and aim assist. Stuff that Bungie figured out 20 years ago. And they still do this mechanic where you have to aim at the loot with your crosshair precisely before picking it up (Fallout does this too). Imagine doing this for 20+ hours with fked up right stick aiming. Its honestly a chore to play even ignoring the bugs and performance, and the 50 meta is absolutely deserving.

I don't know if consoles have advanced control settings but going in there and tweaking with them should help you with right stick aiming issue. Reduce all acceleration and reduce dead zones as desirable. Out of the box settings for controls are not ideal for sure.

Regarding it being knee deep, I have to disagree. The depth doesn't exist in the world like it does in Rockstar games. The depth in this game is akin to a Bioware game, because it exists in characters. There are so many 10-20 minute side quests with memorable characters. And the main story quests / side quests are at a level that I haven't experienced since Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age Origins. You won't ever forget these characters and when their story arcs are over you'll miss hanging out with them so much.

Good joke.

Please play the game before commenting about the game.

I've tried most recommended settings but it just doesn't feel right. Turning off acc is great at first, but then you quickly realize that flat curve is not good for minor adjustments. Feels like you're playing TPS from early PS3 time.

There was no immersion or depth to the Open world in Witcher 3 either

it was just the characters, choices, enemy types & the story that made it what it is

Replace enemy type with gameplay variety and you have Cyberpunk 2077.

Interesting.
If they fix it good, I can give it a chance when next-gen versions drop in.

Completed the game with Panam + Aldecados.

Why are all the endings so sad man with the :ranting: "common thread"  :ranting: between all of them.

V is literally a 2rs GTA thug being dicked around by the powers that be, whether it be some AI chick, Japaneez zaibatsu and practically everyone else.

Atleast in the Bitcher you feel like a total boss.
