arjunsood2003 Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 hey guys i need some help.. 1. my cousin from canada wants to buy some games for his ps2 from mumbai (since theyr cheap and he cant think of wat else to buy frm india). he says there somehting u can buy with which u can run these pal games in canada. can ne1 throw some light on this. wat do we need to buy? also can ul suggest some good games..thnx.. 2. also, i was installing my HL2 frm the orange box and it keeps insisting me on dloading the game online! isnt ther a way of installing the game frm the cd or something. wat the heck r the discs for then?! lol! my net sux so i cant afford such huge dloads thnx.. I could pick up used games for as cheap as 5$ in gamespot. 2. is that hl2 for PC? it will insist on dl-ing if you want to play TF2 to get the necessary files. Tyler Posted March 21, 2008 Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 That's the only bad thing about Steam, HL2 needs an active internet connection for installation and it will download a whole bunch of data before that.
