Ichigo Uzumaki Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 General Zod coming to Injustice Creative director of NetherRealm Studios, Ed Boon, has revealed via twitter that General Zod will be the next DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. No official release date has been announced but NetherRealm has been consistent and speedy with their DLC characters thus far. Batgirland Lobo were both released in May, and Scorpion’s early June release suggests that Zod will be playable this month. General Zod is the focus villain in the summer blockbuster, Man of Steel, which releases on June 14th. Wouldn’t it be fitting for Zod to join the ranks of the Injustice roster during the first week of the film’s release? The gameplay trailer will be available next week. Zod has also received a trailer that goes into the bad bastard’s backstory. Watch it here. In a press release sent to VG247 this afternoon, publisher Warner Bros. listed the General Zod DLC at 400 Microsoft Points or £3.99 on PSN. The Man of Steel skin drapes Superman in his outfit from the movie and will cost 80 Microsoft Points or £0.79 on PSN. NitroNeo Posted July 11, 2013 Report Share Posted July 11, 2013 Well buying a GOTY if it has crap boxart then no thanks, i waited for MK9 GOTY & missed out on that new game fun, GOTY is just about DLC IMO unless it's capcom where they actually improve the game based on previous hate they get, i still love this cover so i am happy with my current injustice purchase, can't say that about DOA5 though, i am sure it will have a more awesome cover & added 5 character is just a low blow considering the core roster is just 22-24 characters Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
