Its WMV movie with low bit rate It is not about whether it is wmv or mkv or some other BS format for at zomg bit rate HD resolution ZOMGBBQSAUCE. The character models and expressions are pretty epic, makes you feel like the comics has come alive. You will understand if you had read any DC comics before. He shows up a lot at arcades and tourneys for gamespot so I hes better than most reviewers out there. But we all know whos the best max around here Awesome review for both casual and serious players. Totally agree with him on 2 things. The hitstun sparks and block stun arent too clear hope they fix that with a patch and they could easily add a trimmed version of the screen transitions. I can see how that would get boring after a while. Even some of the longer ultras in SF4 are just plain annoying now.
