Damn , I crashed 20 mins before the livestream at the XBL event player on monday staying up the whole night

Only watched the whole vid later. Did any of you stream it live ? I think I have mixed opinions on survival and Aftermath's gonna be like that GoW 2 Road to Ruin , simply just chucked out in GoW 3 at some point of the development phase only to be reworked in this tweaked engine to cash in.

New weapon and it's not confirmed " as of yet " to be a replacement for the torque.

Interesting. Wonder how this will work in objective gametypes. More so , this being a dual-handed weapon , how it's gonna work as a mainstream pickup even is debatable. The general consensus would still prefer the frag plants if it isn't for the range , which is quite a healthy tradeoff.

The layout of the most new ones remind me of the old maps just being recycled with a new floor / indoor layout / other elements related to physics. Be it Skyline with the Rooftops from GoW 1 and Security from GoW 2 written all over and other maps such as Streets being near identical to Fuel Station from GoW 2. Not a bad thing but would have to actually play on them to decide how it works though. Estate & Junkyard have a good varied layout imo. If the weapon placing is balanced they might turn out to be some of the best in the series.

They really have to make this good... Ascension left bad taste in critics mind... Now even if Judgement remotely not as good as Gears 3 then Im seeing the reviews in Late 70s and early 80s.....

Looking by that awesome Gears 3, how it ended... I think this will follow Ascension route... :P
