From UBI forum

My rig is pretty old with a few upgrades here and there, an intel core2duo e8400 @ 3.6Ghz, 8 gigs of ram and an AMD 6870 1GB of graphic ram. The game is surprisingly light and runs smoothly with these settings:

Also, Ubisoft released 1.53GB of update.

Surprisingly it runs smooth at 60FPS / 1080p / ULTRA settings. ^_^

(I will take it is well optimized).

Stealth mechanics is very good as well.

Graphics - Neat, some real high res-textures.

Yet to play co-op/online. But SP campaign is nice so far.

I don't know what to say. I don't see any story (really).

Just big a*s world map with missions. Just pick randomly and play. =\

Tried MP, either nobody has purchased or it's dead already. 10 minutes waiting and only 1 connected out of 3.

Stealth and AI is amazing.

Realistic/perfectionist difficultly is done right unlike Hitman's purist mode which was more annoying/frustrating than challenge.

Co-op missions, umm, not played with any friend as none of them have. However you can do it solo, its dead hard.

Don't except good story from this game. If you are fan of stealth, give this a shot, it is really well done.

There are few bugs. If you have purchase retail version, you'll need to download and update your game. (1.8GB). Steam version is already updated.

If you are have screen flickering issue, update your GPU driver. nVidia has released new driver update for Blacklist and more.

So while playing this game i keep getting a weird feeling that this game is not what it wants to be. It really wants to be the summer-action packed TPS, safely selling millions of units BUT is being forced to become a stealth-game and those are clothes that it just does not want to wear. The two sides keep tearing at the center, and it effects the gameplay: the cover system is clumsy, and all of it is not as refined as it could be. The story is a mess, but Ubisoft have never been storytellers, they have been game manufacturers with sleek design. But the airplane/loadout, side-mission areas, and a general sense of slowness/clumsyness in everything makes me think this is the weakest work they have done in some time.

And worst of all there is no quick-save system (and i know Conviction didn't have it, but this is supposed to be a return to the roots), which it thought by now was essential in all stealth games.

GAF is pretty split. Some people are having problems with frame rate being REALLY inconsistent and the game being a little glitchy. Not AMD specific though. Just seems to be a hit and miss port.

I kinda wanna buy this but also kinda dont, if that makes any sense.

There are minor frame rate drop at random places.

Retail version has lot of performance issue, Ubisoft released day 1 2GB patch which fixes lot of bugs and performance issues.

Optimisations
- low spec CPU optimisation
- multi-GPU optimisations
- fix framerate drop issues

So, did the patch fix the performance issues completely for pc? I pre-ordered my pc copy for 999 from flipkart, few days before they changed it to 1499, lucky for me.It is gonna arrive tomorrow.

^I have Steam version (already patched) and it runs smooth on my PC.

I guess, all issues are fixed for retail copies as well.

Also, get new nVidia driver update (if you have nVidia card). It fixes all texture issue.

Hmm, was doing co-op mission, they are short and nice.

However, control movement is sh*t or just my PC (no idea). I feel it's not smooth and Sam takes 1-2 or more seconds to react.

Game is running on 60FPS smooth but its just movement doesn't feel like 60FPS =\

Yes man! They should add at least check point save for co-op missions. It's really annoying to start from first when you are about to finish and get detected.
