Big Boss
Just got the game, after about an hour of playtime, the game is pretty great. But the performance issues on pc are very pronounced and need some serious work soon from Ubisoft,i am pretty sure its nothing to do with my hardware now. These are just random stutters,i can't understand whats causing them.I ll hold playing this game until this all is fixed. If AMD GPU, use 14.6 beta drivers.
Tyler
Another day gone without the game..Anyways will stick with it. Never ordering next time from Amazon atleast for pre-orders. The estimated deliver is Friday so atleast i can play it over the weekend. Believe it or not according to them the "estimated delivery date" is actually when they have to deliver, even if the package is lying at the courier facility. I just spoke to a rep and the dude was like "maybe they are waiting for the delivery date, which is tomorrow". /facepalm
Keyofx
And you're saying Pune doesn't have next day delivery in any case, right? Which means they don't need to prioritize. Nincompoops! @Ty: Why don't you just cancel and pick it up locally?
Razpor
You'll be holding on it forever. exactly what i am afraid of

Abdulah
Performance is great , running the game in high-ultra and its smooth although i get some stuttering during high speed driving . Disappointed with the graphics , explosion have been highly downgraded along with texture filtering . Hoping for SweetFX and ENB now .
mango_man
Ok so the game still sucks with an AMD gpu(7950 here) unless I play on medium. Ridiculous.
Tyler
@Ty: Why don't you just cancel and pick it up locally? I was almost about to but it seems you can't cancel an order that has already been shipped? I don't even see an option for that (other than Returns). I was almost about to go to Games The Shop on my way home today but then it was already too late, might as well wait I suppose.
joken732a
Here's another tiny but exciting and stunning graphical features that seems to have been missed by most of Watch Dogs players. The way Ubisoft used the projector in this sequence, the reflection when Aiden Pearce comes in between, the shadow of his that comes up on the board, everything works realistically. Take a look at the GIF below. zen
I have a GTX 760, i7-2700@3.5 Ghz, 8GB RAM and I have spent more time tinkering with the games graphics display page than actually playing the game. There have been moments when I have gone into single digit framerates with the game. I had to reduce the level of detail to medium to get decent frame rates. This game is not optimized. And also the daylight time looks sh*t, over-bright with the colors bleached out

dullu
I have been playing this on my gtx680 + i5-3570 + 8GB combo. Ultra takes an obvious toll; and drags down the framerates a lil. I just switched to High and have been playing at around 60fps with high textures and 1080p. So i would call it all good. It's better than consoles anyways so its fine On an unrelated note; has anybody checked the following: POSSIBLE MILD SPOILER ALERT! http://www.ign.com/wikis/watch-dogs/Sign_Hacking_Memes

More - http://www.gamepur.com/news/14826-watch-dogs-another-tiny-stunning-graphical-features-everyone-missed-out.html Aiden is very picky about where he casts shadows and where he doesn't. For eg. no shadows when he's standing in a car headlights.

They don't, but I made them do it - considering the amount of time I wasted on the phone. Escalated to a random supervisor who refunded the amount in good faith. I just need to refuse to accept the package when/if it (finally) reaches me. Standard procedure for shipped orders is they make you refuse the order on delivery and only then initiate a refund. Wasn't going to stand for that.
Heaven Angel
How are the stealth missions and stealth mechanics in the game ? stealth opportunity amptiful ? It's quite decent for open-world game. I'm doing full stealth playthrough and surely having more fun than pew-pew. However, with lot of gadgets and camera use, it becomes easy. So keep it to minimal if you want some serious stealth fun. Also, switch to high difficultly. __ Upcoming fixes/update: - PC - Frame rate stutter on high end GPU Game stutters on ultra textures and other lower settings on certain hardware.
