It means proprietary FX systems like PHYsX will be implemented in it. Expect Anti-aliasing to be FXAA, which means older AMD cards are going to be toast and visual quality will be jaggier than an equivalent card from nVidia. Don't worry, knowing nVidia, it will be stuff that will extract a pound of flesh even from its own mid-range cards. nVidia is tightening the screws by going proprietary.
