Is it natural? any solution to overcome it? it is because PS3 does that so that your ONLINE experience is not HAMPERED. Even if you sign out, many games put download into pending even if they have puny online features like leaderboards (stares at Vanquish) Best option is to use PS3proxy and download it on PC, or just play a SP only game. Or even better, when we are actually SIGNED IN the PSN or Live. It is plain stupid when the download is paused when I am not even signed in to PSN. Check in your PS3 settings, think it is called power saver or something like that, where the PS3 will be shut down after a specific amount of idle time..
