If you use this stolen cards direct on accounts then 100% ban, hence no buying of accounts. This are probably (99% Probabilty) scratch cards brought from retail stores . One guy told me this are exchanged in exchange of cryptos but i dont trust him. Also the guy i buy from bought some quantities when it was 19% off on tata cliq .
