What next, you want them to offer apology via phone, email, or put up an ad in the paper apologising to you? I assumed from the thread title that they refused to refund your money, but since that is not the case, I urge you to take the money and relax. As a side note, if you are willing to spend 1L on your HT setup then you must be well aware that the true experience of Lost would be via BR medium, not DVD. He's a crusader against online frauds... I contacted them for replacement and told them that I'll be moving in a few days so cant wait for replacement copy. They gladly agreed to refund all the money. That was 3 days ago. I do not want to suffer the same thing again. Good for you that you don't buy movies. I will wait till you get something which is different inside. How many got condoms from HunterElite? See my point? He lied. So did Flipkart. Even though it is my favorite brand, I want to be sure because I want to buy from them again infuture. I do not want to suffer this again.
