vinayakb
I am curious about Motorstorm series - have read reviews and seen the screenshots about the different games in the series. Have GT5 on my PS3 - loved the simulation Loved playing some of the games in NFS series on my PC, so interested in arcade racing too. Considering that I do not like the game to finish off soon and also considering that the game should have replay value, which ones would be good buys? Any other suggestions? HundredProofSam
Get Grid. It's a little old, but it's one of the best racing games of this generation and it still looks amazing. You should get it cheap.

NitroNeo
Get Motorstorm Apocalypse , it's the street fighter of arcade racers , at first you would want to trow away the disc in anger , but once you get the hang of how to play the game & once you put the effort in to memorize routes & combine paths you will find it very hard to go back to average arcade racers , the game will be your benchmark for choosing future arcade racers
vinayakb
Apocalypse looks stunning with the great graphics and gameplay screenshots. From the reviews, it seems that a variety of vehicles cannot be used & bikes are the best in that environment. So...I am not sure if I should go for it. Did not find time to download the demo from the store yet; will surely give it a shot Grid, Burnout, Split Second, TDU2 - am checking them out more extensively now
NitroNeo
I Was a mudplugger guy & never played much with bikes in the MS Series , but in MSA Bikes are easy to handle thoroughly enjoyable to use , yes the bikes have an advantage , but it depends on the terrain on which you race , when i go online there are people who are pros and win with the dullest of vehicles like monster trucks , big rigs , muscle cars , these have poor handling & when you go for 2-3 jumps with these you will find yourself going down in positions but they not only come first but they have a good time difference between the guy who comes first & decently skilled bikers , it's like 15-0 secs or so & in MS That is a good difference to keep , and some of these people are not even level 40 with good perks they can be level 22-25 players with decent perks For the price this game has these days no one should skip this , this is a must buy for any ps3 owner & to be frank i am now playing pacific rift for trophies , but after playing apocalypse it seems to flawed , the boost gauge takes forever to cool down & air cooling is heavily missed
