Nolan portrays Bane all muscular and all but no venom? Yup, was waiting for that. I had a problem with his characterization though. I wasn't completely sold on him being a master strategist like he was in the comics. Dead Many of us are confusing artistic liberties with what really defines as a PLOT HOLE. Saying something that doesn't seem plausible in ones point of view isn't a plot hole. A real plot hole would be like- how Bruce was able to return BACK to Gotham? 1) How Bane delivers Bruce to the jail. Plane? Helicopter? It doesn't really matter since we assume that Bane has the resources to do so. 2) How Bruce gets back to Gotham, true, But does the viewer really need information that detailed? (As one member asked above for "confirmation" (Dude, this is a Nolan-esque film. Not useless bollywood movies, where one gives the meaning of a joke after cracking it.) Also we assume, He's BRUCE WAYNE, for Pete's sake--he traveled the world in BB with no wallet/ID. I'm sure he could sneak back in--He's the Batman. Eh? 3) Actually a bigger plot hole is how Bruce would NOT be able to get back into Gotham. Sure, the bridges are blown up. But does Bane have people at EVERY point along Gotham's perimeter? I doubt it. We know that the shooting took place in India but it is never mentioned where the actual Pit is .The Pit could have been on the outskirts of Gotham .That part is not explained . 1)His cronies lift him to that place so we can assume it was somewhere close by . 2)He could not sneak back in,that part is not possible so we can assume that the pit is somewhere on the outskirts of Gotham Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A lot of fans are pumped up just cos they saw a batman flick on big screen after huge wait. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD I get what you are saying and you may be right about it for some people.I would suggest you to watch it again . some things i didnt like about the movie 1. Bruce Hallucinating Ra's... i wanted him to be there for real and disappear.. after coming home it hit me that the prison that they should was actually nolan's potrayal of the lazarous pit which was actually very realistic 2. the name "Robin".. i mean i know it was used for non comic book readers for whom Dick Grayson or Jason Todd doesnt ring any bells since his name is Robin he definelty cant use his name as robin and run around in cape.. if they try to milk this franchise then the "robin" blake should use Batty Cape 1.i think Ra As was real and is immortal 2.I think he will be the new Batman and not Robin Also, how come he imagine something like Ra's Al ghul who tells him something he doesn't even know. I think hes real very real .Ra As is immortal but the scene about making the jump was Epic. Also, does anyone else think this movie had Bruce on an ego trip? He threw Alfred out (somewhat), did not listen to him at all, Bane f**ked him up without breaking a sweat so being the Batman you'd expect him to find some clever way to defeat him, instead he goes and does the exact same thing, another fist fight. Then he let the people believe he was dead, and died for them. Well, three people at least. Batman was dead so for the rest it was the same. I'm sounding too negative here. Dude That mask is holding his pain together. he was torn apart in the cell when he tried to save Talia Batman got f**ked up in the fist fight because he was in after 8 years. Bruce does kick out Afred because of his ego He cant believe that Rachel would choose harvey over him,he has built his own life around a lie and due to that lie he has shut himself from the world. The reason he vanished and fakes his own death is because he wanted to start afresh just like Selina .Hes given everything to gotham and he finally decided that its time that he moves on .He would have moved on earlier had he known the truth about Rachel IMO you need to see it again and no you do not sound negative ,Its just a case of overhype Am i the only one who thinks Blake/JDL might become next Batman and not robin. His ego and overconfidence costs him first time against Bale (That was 1 Awesome fight ).It was his ego that made him think that he would beat Bane as he considered Bane nothing more than a mercenary kicked out of the League Of Shadows.His confidence is based on the fact that he Beat Ra'As the leader but Alfred warns him that hes only surviving thanks to Foxs toys and that Banes belief will be a problem .He is more prepared 2nd time but I get what you mean like he uses a trick or technique to rid Bane of his mask Yes they both know Do you remember the flashlight above Gordons office ?
