I'd go with Caspian and Seine Crossing. Didn't play much BC2 so can't comment. BFBC2: Port Valdez,Valparaiso,Isla Inocentes,Atacama desert ..............but hell almost all bfbc2 maps had beautiful surroundings and combo of urban+jungle type elements unlike bf3 bf3: kharg,caspain and firestorm edit after seeing spin's comment......wake island definitely want! It would be more challenging because people will have to change the scopes with the change in time and it would be a little more difficult during night time.
