I don't really think serious esports is possible with the scope of Battlefield games. It would have to be limited severely to the point where it resembles a game like Counter Strike. In any case, I assume the so called esports support means demo recording, spectator mode etc. Dice have been saying they want to do this for the last 2 games (and 4 years) now and nothing has ever come of it.
