People who think 1080p 60FPS will be the standard once next gen really kicks in are deluding themselves. Its not even gonna be the standard currently when we are getting multi gen games. I bought Bf3 locally and bought bf3 premium from the mexican origin store for 1K ( Halloween sale ) Just gotta wait for a better deal. As far as the graphics go, all the art(models, textures etc) is obviously optimized for the current gen and not next gen. They are not gonna make the same art again for next gen. Look at KZ:SF. Im just happy were getting the core battlefield experience on consoles. 64 players at 60 fps on large maps. If youre so worried about graphics get killzone instead. During another gameplay-filled live interview at GamesCom, DICE just revealed that Battlefield 4 will launch with no less than 10 multiplayer maps and 7 game modes. By comparison, BF3 launched with 9 maps and 5 game modes. DICE’s Linnea Harrison confirmed the map and game mode count during an on-stage interview at GamesCom (we’ll post the video once it becomes available). It’s also been confirmed that the Battlefield 4 Commander won’t be available in all modes, and is limited to objective based modes such as Conquest, Rush, and Obliteration. The newest game mode, Obliteration, has been showcased extensively at GamesCom. Ofcourse graphically it wont match pc but still there is lots of improvement , console guys should be happy . Mp gaming is about decent gfx and high fps .
