Paid PS3 Replacement from Sony

Well naah brother, i dont have Time. very busy with work always and play games to cool off at night and relax.

 

I can't sue them cuz they fixed their Mistake so far of saying DD Not received.

 

But what more can be done??? please re-read my post thoroughly

 

Not for the delay, for the broken down PS3. Every fat PS3 in use that I know has broken down. Every single one of them. I actually wonder why there haven't been any class action suits in the states or elsewhere till now. The RROD has been chided till death.

Must be true cuz after my ps3 started flashing Red, it was sh*t and when i checked youtube there were tons of people with tons of problems with FAT ps3 especially. Class Action Suits are gonna be difficult to win vs Sony. their updating of Ps3 system hardware was so much that the PS3 crumbled under those firmware updates.

I played both BF3 and MW3, finished campaigns, meh, tried Multiplayer, and then my PS3 was especially bad wiht MW3 & BF3 both, PS3 wud turn itself off numerous times in Multiplayer and even on MW3 campaign. sux really.

 

 

Yup. There is no such thing as a trauma-free PS3. Heck my year and a half old slim is having audio syncing issues in UC3. I suspect a hard drive change is in order.

 

Yeah, well thats even in FAT PS3 which i am getting replaced. but UC3 played fine, ps3 never shut automatically but this was before all hell broke loose.

That aside, I think it has to do with the fact that the number of fat PS3s dead never hit critical mass at any given time. Though there are issues with the slims as well. SOD and YLOD as well as HDD problems.

Its all about ONLINE GAMING, where u meet people and play VS them, its just amazing and so much harder and so much more fun then CPU. I am like Division 1 in Fifa 12, officially the best player in India of Fifa12 and top 10 players in the world in Resistance 3 leaderboards. More then 100,000 Confirmed Killz with Kill-Death Ratio of 4+

 

 

Really, well the biggest community in Fifa 12 on Facebook is run by the Legendary Aziz_Hendricks. There are few Indians there but mostly in division 4 or 5.

 

 

When i get my PS3 back, whoever wants to play me can add me on "modgill"

Ever heard of Game Battles???? Thats what the real Tourney's are. $10,000 Dollars Prize money with special rules, strict guidelines, one mistake or bad tactics or bug being used = Loss & knocked out of the tourney. Thats what i play for, Whether it is Resistance 3 or Bad Company etc. Its all about Game Battles and not some shitty 25-50 K tournaments in somebody's house. I came like 7th in Resistance 2 tourney with my Team, we got like 2500$ for that, Imagine the 1st prize was like 50,000$ per person. Now thats called a tourney.

 

Check Game-Battles, Join and understand the concept. You guys are about to learn a whole new world out there of Insane Gamers with Godly Skillzz.

 

You think that staying in Division 1 is called AMAZING???? hahahahha. not until you JOIN a GAME-BATTLES TOURNEY, i am on it in 2nd ladder, in Fifa, Resistance 2 (7th place), Resistance 3, and many more.

 

Game-Battles are OFFICIAL not some douche-bag touneys in a house. Look it up before coming up with NOOB messages again.

 

Also for people who have seen my score in Resistance 3 screenshots, if you got the balls, i am challenging everyone to 1 vs 1 in Resistance 3. best of 30 killz.

 

Any one of you must be happy to get 5 killz on me. Let alone, i won Handicap tourney of 1v4 in Resistance 3.

Hell, i didnt play Resistance 3 since long time, but i logged into recently from friendzz and there were plenty of people in TDM, its still alive.

 

I am willing to take on any Person, Any game. Whether its a game i don't even play, if i dont play a game, gimme a week. then its ON. lol but i dnt wanna play some shiite games like COD MP or Starhawk.

 

Probably the most fun is Need for Speed : Hot Pursuit.

 

on the TOPIC, Sony has accepted my request and are saying they will call me when my replacement reaches Ludhiana. lol. whatevver the time limit, i can only wait as i already paid.

Before any of you can make good on your smack talk, Modgill needs to get his PS3 back. Even with Sony's less than stellar record, 71 days is...insane.

 

well, i think they have improved much more from 71 days cuz they now have special unit who takes care of STATUS UPDATES on replacements. They told me that my PS3 had reached Delhi to their warehouse and now its in the process of being Replaced. Like they would check, record payment, courier out a replacement to their Ludhiana Office.

 

 

. even if they dont give in a certain time-frame, i guess, i am gonna get my X360 shifted into my room

It normally takes 10-20 days, it's usually quicker if you live in a big city.

 

That 71 day incident happened to me when I was in Meerut, but that type of delays don't happen in other cities, or I hope they don't

Did you really miss the highlighted part of my previous post or did you chose to ignore it. I didnt talk about resistance 3 or other games. All i wanted to know was how good you are in FIFA and AFAIK from your words i can easily say you dont know sh*t about FIFA tourneys. 25K for a local tourney is a good enough ( Wasnt at somebodys plaace was in one of the best clubs in the city with LG being the event sponsor) amount for starters, and which 2500$ tourney did you play FFS ? And damn if you really are such a big player didnt you come to Delhi for FIFA interactive world cup 2009 ??? Didnt see you anywhere big shot. Phew ease yourself mate and stop speaking without substance.
