So 50/50 sounds about right. Though Im surprised that DTDC has completely washed their hands off this matter just because the consignment was not insured. So that basically means their employees are free to steal anything not insured? And did you check if they have lodged a complaint with the police? Exactly what I was thinking. Professional courier They genreally ship stuffs from office where my dad work 15 days and game was not delivered, so i refunded the guy money on ivg and my dad screamed at the courier guys. Well seller shud mention to the buyer the package can get lost or stolen so seller cud have asked for more bucks from buyer for shipping. So i buy from flipkart and courrier guys mess it up, so will flipkart will say "Hey courrier guys lost it so share 50-50 ok?" now that doesnt sound good does it? Well they always have the products insured , so the seller shud just insure it by asking for extra money for shipping or he cud give the buyer a warning that it cud be lost or stolen so better insure it anyhoes nthing against anyone everything is solved please close the thread Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
