If you are on PC then download some mods from Nexus forum. There are over 1 thousand mods available for Fallout 4. Go and search the best ones and install them. And always create a backup with mods. Like automatically added to library or you went to store page and added one by one? Either way, VPN to other country and simply add I guess.
