i have a feeling Bioware will turn things around. they will probably learn from their mistakes made in ME 3 and DA 2!! or am i just being naive :fear:

From DA 2 they can only improve ....they cant possibly do more wrong ,so that much is set ...dont worry

But they have already accepted they made mistakes with Da 2 ...or didnt they??

Nope, according to BIOWARE I can see you EA --

  • The voiced protagonist is really interesting
  • You should ideally have no choice in creating said character, it should be a pre-defined entity in the game Universe (irony first game was called ORIGIN's)
  • Recycled dungeons are all the rage
  • Your choices should be handed to you on a platter, at the end of the game you should be told that no matter what the ending is pre-determined

^^Well lets wait till the games' out but most likely this will be the case i am afraid but it cant reach the lows of DA 2 ,if they do well god bless them.

I think it was credibly stated that your character in INQUISITION, shall be from the Chantry Order. So much for character customisation.

I hated the chantry in all the DA games and always made choices against it. (Like defiling Andraste's ashes with dragon blood , Helping mages etc) . But now as a player im forced to be a chantry's inquisitor... working for the chantry?? Is this a rpg game anymore??

Dude this is a bioware game, they stopped making RPG's since '09.

whats wrong with a voiced protagonist ? i don't like being a mute spectator like in oblivion and skyrim and Origins(one of the ONLY few flaws in this game) ! imagine playing witcher, dues ex, Dues ex HR without a voiced protagonist!

Nothing is wrong apart from the fact that it limits the number of characters you can voice accurately. And thus you get slate flat characters.

imagine playing witcher, dues ex, Dues ex HR without a voiced protagonist!

All the games have much better characters than Hawke, who don't have a perfunctory dialogue wheel which highlights the individual threads to match the emotional tempo of the words about to be spouted by him.

Your actions had palpable reactions and most importantly your language skills were being exercised.

It seems that a lot of Dragon Age 3 fans are a bit worried about BioWare’s upcoming RPG. After all, Dragon Age 3 was announced a while back and we have not seen it in action. We do not have any screenshots for what BioWare is planning, and we don’t even know much about it. If you were a common fan, you’d think that BioWare is a bit ‘afraid’ of two upcoming RPGs that everyone is mentioning these days; The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 2. However, BioWare is confident and according to Blair Brown, the company is not ‘afriad’ of anyone as Dragon Age 3 is ‘definatly’ going to be released and at BioWare’s ‘usual high standards’. Did you spot the typos? Well, those were not made by us but by BioWare’s employee. This is exactly what makes this story great, because it seems that the fans have touched a nerve.

According to Brown, BioWare decides when it is ready to reveal information about Dragon Age 3 and not the game’s publisher, EA. But why are they delaying the game’s first media? Well, it seems that BioWare is are waiting for the perfect moment and promises to blow everyone away. Okay, we’ve heard that before so we are not sure that the ‘current’ BioWare team is able to achieve what the old team built.

Why would Bioware be worried about other companies that are making RPGs? Its not like Bioware makes RPGs. There is no competition.

Its like asking if Bioware is being worried about Starcraft.
