Also i have another suggestion for the interiors of that place ... ask your cousin to have wall hangings / photos in frames regarding the health benefits of chocolates , celebs enjoying chocolates etc. Some free chocolates kept on the counter (small toffee kinds) for kids who come along with their moms Also ask him to keep chocolate pancackes..
