I know, I have been trying for that for months now, every time, they ask me to wait. And the charges are about 100$ in US, but in India, it is free. I have a Jasper 360 Does it mean that they will replace it with a Jasper whenever the need arises, or they'll replace it with any fat model? Â On a serious note, yes, they will change with only Jasper model, and a refurbished model only. Although if lucky, you can get replacement with newer model. realsoccerdude111 Posted October 16, 2012 Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 Keep on Tapping on top of your 360 while the disc is being read and it will read the dvd.Mostly your disc tray is misaligned or worst come to worst your lens is messed up. realsoccerdude111 Posted October 16, 2012 Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 If its under warranty dont do anything to void the warranty i had got my controller replaced very easily with a new one via MS they are the best when it comes to customer service and replacements. Â I had the same issue as yours nearly all the games gave me disc error but i realigned my disc drive and it has never given me disc error ... btw when you tap your 360 and it reads the disc install it immidiately to the HDD so that it will work every time from then on without tapping the top of 360.
