Today morning, i accidentally connected the XBOX to the power box directly without the Step down transformer and there was a burst sound when i connected, thats it and my my XBOX has been dead since then. My XBOX is the 120V system and i connected it accidentally to 240 v Now, how do i get my system back to working condition ? and it is still under warranty. Sherry Jose Posted October 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 My power supply is working fine as far as i have checked. I think, it has fried my XBOX So, what do i do now ? The XBOX support center people are asking me to ship the console to US and get it serviced by myself, i think this would not be an option. Is there any other possibility ?
