It available in the beta as well (trying not to disclose another answer in the contest ). This is how it works: You choose one of the existing grounds in the game as a template. You can then change their name, commentary name, location, seasonal location and name of bowling ends. This is then assigned as the home ground for your team ! You could select from various preset stands, how the pitch pattern would look, the backdrop (mountains, skyscrapers) etc. Unfortunately, they had to remove it from PES 2014 due to some licensing issues, which is strange since the feature was designed to make up for lack of licenses. Stadiums may well be added in this version as well as a patch or DLC....But they are planning for stadium creator for the next iteration..Hope they pull that off like they did with cricket academy....
