Ok...there was some debate on PC regarding this screenshot as to how the fielder (at silly point) is going for this catch when he should actually have been ducking for cover. If, incase, you are wondering the same, Ross has confirmed that for these screenshots the fielders were kept at 'super-reflexive' mode while the 'Self-Preservation' had been kept at zero. This is why the fielder went for the catch, however Ross has also confirmed that these settings were just used for the screenshots and would not be available in 'any' mode in the shipped product.

This is what you would see in the shipped product (i.e. the fielder trying to take evasive action, and maybe getting hit in the process, as is the case in this pic):

Both the players in this screen are members from PlantCricket (i.e. their replicas from cricket academy). The batsman is MattW (a mod from PC), while the fielder is Biggs. Ross likes pulling Bigg's leg...so in this case didnt mind giving him a whack!!

Yes. The game has cross platform sharing so you can browse and save players from PC to PS3 to Xbox 360 to PC. And yes, you can also edit the names of players/teams.

Yes....cross-platform sharing is available in Don Bradman Academy. So any player created and shared by someone on PC will be available on PS3 as well, and vice-versa!

You can edit the player name (including commentary name), team, batting kits, bowling kits, stats....almost everythiing!! Check out the Don Bradman Cricket academy beta (from this link)....it also has the Team Editor, Match Designer, Competition Designer, as well as a Tour Designer...its quite a comprehensive editing tool!!

 That twat called Mike Fegan is again back to his old tricks.....'Lying to the public to cheat them'!! One guy posted this on Ashes Cricket 13 facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AshesCricket2013/posts/601018533271807)

:

Career Mode, allowing you to take control of an aspiring young cricketer and take him through the ranks to International glory.
• Unique Batting and Bowling Controls, giving full 360 Shot control and Line and Length delivery without pitch markers.
• A fully featured fielding system that allows you to run down the ball and slide to prevent a Four, catch a high ball on the boundary rope, or knock down the stumps to take a vital run out. You are always involved in the play at every stage of the game!
• Ball Physics giving realistic Edges, bat pad catches and movement off the pitch.
• A complete player physics system with individual attributes including weight and height – imagine running in a 2 metre bowler to delivery that perfect bouncer!
• Appeal and Electronic Review system allowing for the first time challenges of the umpires decision.
• Practice Nets, Hone your skills to perfection before taking to the field.
• Dynamic time of day, Weather System and Pitch Degradation that are based on real world data with effects occurring in real-time throughout a days’ play.
• The Cricket Academy, allowing for unparalleled customisation of your Cricket experience, creating Teams, players, Tours, Competitions, Match Types and even Umpires.
• More than 4000 Community created Players and teams ready to download and use in game.
• An online Save system that lets you continue your match whenever you want with online opponents.

These are not the features of Ashes Cricket 2013, but are the features of Big Ant Game : Don Bradman Cricket 14

To which Mike Fegan replies:

AC2013 has all this and more except career mode as we have gone more for Team Mode where you take a Captain's role in the game hence the reason Alastair Cook & Michael Clarke on the front of the box

Lol....what a pathetic guy....what a pathetic company!! They still are misleading the public using blatant lies!!! WOW!!!

I can't really imagine how Ross and Big Ant put up with this nonsense! Here is another one from their FB page;

Hi Mike, Will there be sledging or taunting in AC2013???

"No sorry, we will leave that to others to do which we don't condone." ....

lol
