C i had changed my password on 7th sep and till oct 3 i was using auto sign id which once i disabled and log out so when i came back i was f**ked as u can imagine... it has been 15 days since i had forgotton my passwod and my dob was bogus so had complained to sony india.. Then They ask me for Proof id and 5 online id of Freinds over psn I call dem for a week...They say tomorrow or our server aint working.. Finally after a week they ask me for more proof such as model no,serial no,previous password,address From 5 days a guy named rajeev from there webteam is supposed to call me... i call dem fo 3 days and tell him he hasnt called yet...and they keep reasssuring me he'll call so on the 3rd day i f**king flip out and scream on them and finally rajeev calls me on saturday the 13th and tells me we have forwarded ur case to the SCEE department as this lies in their jurisidiction.. So i m more happy that at least Those guys would be fast... Now its tuesday 16th i m getting impatient i calll those assholes again they said we have forwarded it and they will reply plz keep calm.. How the f**k shall i keep calm... So does any1 live in uk..Cause then i manually Can cross check with the guys at SCEE Headquarters...And yes those assholes at sony Eu dont accept any calls or mails from outside uk... I have checked on the net many times and the only solution is to call the sony guys for verication but our country doesnt come in there...I still think il get my id but it'l take a lot of time...and i m not ready to wait...DO NOT GIVE ME IDIOTIC ADVICE TO CREATE A NEW A/C...Coz MY PLATS GO MY PSN GAMES GO MY SIGN ID NAME GOES WHICH I THINK IS COOL..... I DO NOT NEED ANY TROLLING ON THIS THREAD STRICTLY REPLY IF U HAVE ANY MEANS OF HELP OR HAVE GONE THRU THIS PROBLEM B4 I QUITE LITERALLY BEGGING U IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE HELP..
