anish81 Posted October 21, 2012 Report Share Posted October 21, 2012 Ok guys, Big trouble. As a PS+ member i have dowanloaded and played Just Cause 2, Borderlands, Infamous 2, LBP2. I am using ps3 proxy & IDM to download .pkg files. Now, recently i tried to download RE5 Gold & Bulletstorm. Problem is, both files downloaded fine. But, whenever i am trying to install them, it stops @ 14% and says corrupt file. Now, i have downloaded both the games twice & faced same issue of corrupt file. Any PS+ member can help me on this? Rosh Posted October 21, 2012 Report Share Posted October 21, 2012 It's out of your hand now,ask someone who has the file to send it to you in a HDD/pendrive...no other option. Even i had the problem .. Somehow the proxy wasn't reading links for me .. After i updated , i generated new links & downloaded again ! It installed just fine . Used direct wired connection from my local cable broadband. 2. Did not use my linksys router. 3. Did a file system restore on PS3. May be these helped or i was just lucky 3rd time. @The Mighty Bison, with firmware 4.30 PS3 proxy server does work.
